Job Summary
We deliver administrative support and marketing distribution of insurance products and services to Agents and clients throughout the country. We pride ourselves on delivering a unique “high-touch” customer service experience. The Operations Specialist helps streamline several administrative processes to ensure efficient support of agents.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet Agents and customers in a warm, professional manner in office.
Lead office-culture efforts and event planning.
Provide administrative support such as tracking applications, reports, and basic follow-up responsibilities for retail sales team.
Handle income/outgoing mail/shipping.
Inventory - Order/Maintain office supplies.
Execute outgoing call campaigns to market opportunities to agents.
Calculate monthly commission payouts for internal agency agreements.
Provide additional phone support on incoming calls where applicable.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Time Management, Ethical, Good Judgement, Follow Confidentiality Standards.
Positive, up-beat personality reflecting OM’s commitment to outstanding customer service.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently (Must have ability to multi-task).
Good organizational skills (Insurance Experience is not required)
Excellent oral and written communication skills .
Intermediate typing & proficient in MOS including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Dependable, reliable and motivated, with a positive, professional demeanor.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
