Primary Responsibilities:
Obey all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines for handling and protecting sensitive patient data. Apply the same level of care to company financial data.
Accessing multiple insurance carrier portals to locate and save commission and renewals statements.
Formatting statements using Excel.
Uploading statements into the company CRM.
Tracking payments on multiple reports.
Problem solving missing payments with insurance carriers and agents.
Accurate and efficient data entry into the company CRM.
Monitor both direct and team email inboxes. Organize inbound requests.
Answer inbound phone calls from agents and clients. Take and distribute messages with accuracy.
Primary Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Word specifically).
Diligent work ethic.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Growth mindset.
