Job Summary
ThomasArts looking for a Art Director to join our in-house Integrity marketing team. Under the guidance of a Creative Director, you will be working alongside designers, copywriters and videographers to create branded deliverables that support Integrity’s marketing initiatives across multiple channels (print, web, apps, social, etc.). Your work will help support our Integrity partners across the life insurance, healthcare, and wealth management spaces.
Primary Responsibilities:
Concept and fully produce print and digital materials, such as marketing collateral, websites, logos, brand books, social posts and ads, emails, PPT presentations, sales booths, video production storyboards, and more
Ensure final deliverables are on strategy and meet internal quality standards
Adhere to the information security and legal compliance standards set for both Integrity and ThomasArts, as outlined in company policies and procedures
Work respectfully and collaborate with others, communicate well, and present yourself in a professional manner — especially when interacting with our clients and partners
Execute other duties as assigned, including internal agency projects, art direction for photo and video shoots, etc.
Follow brand, voice and style guidelines
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in design, art direction, UX or similar role
Exceptional graphic design and art direction skills; digital (UX, UI, IA, wireframing) and information design skills also preferred
Outstanding portfolio of print and digital work with samples representing a range of work, including branding, consumer, B2B, and direct marketing campaigns

Able to produce final, correctly spec’d or press-ready digital files and ensure quality production through delivery
Can manage multiple projects, quickly pivot to changing priorities, and deliver with accuracy and attention to detail
Self-directed, motivated, and collaborative; willing to learn, adapt and grow
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat
Experience with XD, Figma, and/or Sketch
Functional ability within Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
Proficiency with Mac OS
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, adverting (art direction), or similar preferred
Photography, videography and/or motion design skills are a big plus!
Knowledge of HTML and CSS or UI/UX design experience preferred
