What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Representative position at Integrity Marketing Group?
Job Summary : Accurately index incoming mail, faxes and report items in an efficient and timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Index POS General and POS Life General work objects in AWD
- Stop draft in admin system if necessary
- Create additional work objects if the original request is for multiple policies
- Index pending items and assign work to CSRs
- Create work objects for items in the Premium folders
- Process Claims and POS return mail including research, updates and correspondence
- Assist in answering the IAS main line number calls and transfer them to appropriate department
- Employee is to ask supervisors; team lead or auditors for more work if they are caught up
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
