Job Summary
Ritter Insurance Marketing is seeking a Sales Representative to join our expanding Under-65 Health team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable health insurance product support to agents and agencies via phone and email within the assigned territory.
Handle incoming calls with product questions within the assigned territory.
Build relationships with agents through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Conduct regular outreach via phone and email, focusing on increasing current agent engagement and production.
Provide information and recommendations on strong products in the agent’s area.
Assist with the development and presentation of marketing content used for agent recruitment and training.
Attend carrier events, trainings, and webinars as required.
Minimal regional travel is required during our busy season.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Highly motivated and eager to learn.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship building and business development skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn proprietary systems.
Prior experience in sales and / or insurance preferred.
A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
An active Health Insurance License is a bonus.
