IntegrityOne Solutions is a major provider and installer of Commercial Doors and Hardware all over the state of Texas. We also provide toilet partitions and accessories for restrooms. We have 2-4 installation crews at different worksites at all times. We are a professional company with a casual working envioronment.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion to ensure project success on time and within budget.
Duties:
- Coordinate project resources, tasks, and timelines to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective communication throughout project.
- Implement change management processes to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of project outcomes
- Ensure quality management standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
Skills:
- Basic office equipment knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with our installers, suppliers and contractors at all levels
- Experience in change order management, processes and techniques
- Quality management expertise, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Knowledge of commercial doors and hardware a huge plus.
