Senior Behavior Analyst – Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA
The Company : Our Client is a full-service provider that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. Their broad thinking approach addresses the whole individual by collaborating with doctors, therapists, schools and specialists.
The Position : Our Client is looking for a qualified senior behavior analyst to join their team in Central Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Behavior Analyst oversees a team of Program Managers and Senior Program Managers. Duties include conducting regularly scheduled site visits, reviewing reports for compliance and clinical quality, leading clinical programming discussions, and providing mentorship. Additionally, this position understands and implements plans to address supervisory needs including clinical prescription fulfillment, family concerns, as well as staffing, employee relations, and management issues. Other responsibilities may include participating in special projects pertaining to clinical program development and staff training as well as managing a caseload with a billing requirement They are offering the following compensation and benefits :
- 1 Year or Less of Experience - $82,000 to $87,000
- 1 or More Years of Experience - $85,000 to $87,000
- Overtime With Hourly Differential Offered
- W2 Position Only, No 1099 Contractor Positions
- Health, Vision, Dental
- 15 Days PTO
- Pet Insurance
