Licensed Title Agent / Processer

Our client offers the following benefits :

Salary - $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
5-10% salary increase upon yearly review
Bonus / Profit Sharing
Commissions on personal referrals
100% Health Insurance coverage

Job Responsibilities

Work-from-home flexibility when needed

Managing the file opener / processor

Complete review of files before closing and preparing final settlement statements.

Resolving issues on title, lien search, estoppels, etc…

Coordinating closing details with all parties.

Final funding of files.

Notary signings (when available)

Job Requirements

Active Florida License

Must Be Comfortable Being Part of a Team Like Environment

Excellent Communication Skills
