Job Requirements
- Contact all potential clients within 24 hours of first notification from Intake Department
- Assisting with real estate closings (90%) Keep daily log on closing activities Enjoy a supportive, fun and flexible work environment that values innovation, creativity and new ideas
- Developing a reputation as the preeminent technology enabled, knowledge based provider of services
- Complete all assigned statements within seven days Obtain approval of CD by lender and broker, if applicable of Email Settlement Statement Ensure that all requirements are met before closing
- Processing 15 closing Receive fully executed files in a timely fashion from closing agents Facilitate review correction if needed, and delivery of completed packages
- Calculate and prepare mortgage payoffs
- Work with processing team to prepare files for closing, prepare settlement statements and conduct closings
- Complete calculations by prorating taxes and interest
- State of Florida 4-10 Title Insurance Agent License is Required.

Reporting to the Senior Title Officer, your core skills in loan processing and TILA will be essential in managing title searches and preparing necessary documents. Your premium skills in underwriting, loan origination, and mortgage servicing will enhance the efficiency of our operations. Additionally, your relevant skills in contracts and basic math will support accurate calculations and documentation, making you a vital part of our financial services team.
