Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing purchase and refinance transactions from start to finish.

- Prepare and review closing documents, including settlement statements, deeds, and affidavits.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Conduct title searches and verify property ownership, liens, and encumbrances.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and underwriting requirements.

Requirements:
