What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Integrity Realty Group, LLC?
We are seeking a reliable, experienced maintenance supervisor for our Brunswick property which has 260 apartment homes. We are renovating all apartment homes (with outside contractors) so this should be an easy property to maintain!
The successful candidate will have a broad background in maintenance, repair, and installation including:
- electrical
- plumbing
- general carpentry and masonry work
- preventive maintenance
- HVAC
This is a working maintenance supervisor position. In addition to working as a regular tech, the supervisor will place orders, schedule vendors, partner with the property manager to manage the make-ready board, enter invoices into Yardi, and serve as a mentor to the maintenance team. This position is part of the on-call rotation (once every three weeks).
In addition to completing work orders, techs also assist in maintaining the grounds and preparing apartments for future residents. Good customer service and a pleasant demeanor are important.
Must be able to handle the physical requirements of the position which may include shoveling snow and lifting 50 pounds.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation to use for work, and your own hand tools are all requirements.
