What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at integrity Realty Group, LLC?
As the Property Manager, you will supervise all aspects of property management including administration, leasing, maintenance, and employee management. You will ensure regulatory compliance, uphold company policies, and strive for operational excellence while maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction.
The Medina portfolio includes Medina Village, Westwood Lafayette, and Lincoln Crossing which is 364 apartment homes. You will supervise an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, and the maintenance team including a Maintenance Supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
· Manage day-to-day operations, team members, and resources to achieve revenue and operational goals
· Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations
· Supervise and manage all property employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
· Oversee the leasing process, lease enforcement, and rent collection
· Maintain knowledge of maintenance programs and work closely with the maintenance supervisor who coordinates inspections and manages work orders
· Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and appearance standards are met
· Address resident concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution of service issues
· Process invoices and manage vendor relationships
· Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
· Be available 24/7 to respond to emergencies
Qualifications/Experience Required:
· 5 years of property management experience as an assistant or property manager
· Strong computer skills, experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
· Exceptional communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
· Excellent time management and attention to detail
· Ability to inspect property and units
· Must be able to navigate properties with stairs and work in various weather conditions
· Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and beyond 40 hours per week when needed
· High level of analytical and quantitative skills
· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to use during the workday
