Job Summary
Regional Managers lead and support a team of House/Case Managers under the general supervision of a Regional Director. This position requires strong leadership skills, management ability, discretion, and independent judgment. Regional Managers supervise all case management efforts in their assigned region and are ultimately responsible for the delivery of quality care to each resident in the homes.

Regional Managers perform regular quality checks and work closely with nursing and behavioral health support staff to coordinate and monitor the treatment planning process and ensure each resident has a safe, healthy, and stable home to live in.

Regional Managers must be skilled communicators adept at coaching and mentoring others. This is a supervisory position that works closely with the Regional Director to ensure that all House/Case Managers and their direct care staff have adequate training and are meeting performance goals.

· Essential Functions

· Maintain a safe resident environment at all times.

· Supervise House/Case Managers providing services to each resident, ensuring proper training, disciplinary action, and performance management.

· Identify areas of improvement and provide additional training to House/Case Managers as needed.

· Serve as a coach and mentor for House/Case Managers, providing ongoing guidance and support.

· Perform regular quality assurance checks on all homes within assigned region.

· Review weekly reports and edit for clarity.

· Monitor, review and approve House/Case Manager’s timecards and time off (ETO) requests.

· Serve as resident advocate, assessing care and ensuring that quality care is given.

· Evaluate the effectiveness and outcome of care.

· Maintain daily/weekly communication with the Regional Director.

· Attend required meetings regarding resident care plan updates.

· Assist with assigning new residents to the appropriate House/Case Manager.

· Ensure that House/Case Managers complete tasks in a timely matter.

· Enforcing policies and protocols and distributing new information to House/Case Managers.

· Preserve human dignity and confidentiality of each resident.

· Facilitate meetings with House/Case Managers and Personal Care Technician-Advanced.

· Reviewing monthly documentation and logs collected from House/Case Managers.

· Collect required training documents and submit to the appropriate departments.

· Monitor EVV completion.

· Promote healthy and professional boundaries with residents and employees.

· This position manages all House/Case Managers for the departments within the assigned region and is responsible for assisting with performance management of the employees within that region.

· Required Education and Experience

· High School Diploma or GED

· Experience in direct care

· Experience in management

· Preferred Education and Experience

· College degree

· At least one year of experience in a Case Manager role

· Extensive experience/background working with challenging behaviors

· Experience/background working in medical settings (personal cares, distributing medications, using medical equipment)

· Additional Qualifications

· Must be able to pass Care Giver background check requirements

· Must have reliable transportation to and from work

· Some placements may require use of a personal or company vehicle to transport residents as needed which requires a valid driver license and insurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
