Job Description
We are in search of a seasoned Manager of Digital Operations for a role in the Atlanta area. This role requires a local presence with a hybrid work schedule that consists of 4 days in the office and 1 from home.
Responsibilities:
Managing Voice, Chat, SMS, and Mail flows and solutions.
Partnering with the Business to deliver efficient mechanisms to enhance customer experience while doing so in a cost and operationally efficient manner.
Manage and equip agents with all relevant chat systems and resources needed to succeed.
Customize and manage customer facing chat bot experience
Accountability through contractual metrics and KPI and a balanced scorecard.
Experience Needed:
2-3 years of Professional experience with NLP/NLU or Generative AI is required
3-5 years of process transformation and process flow responsibilities
Must be proficient with on line tools, technically savvy, and able to work with an integrity level that upholds company reputation
Desired Skills:
Previous Telecom Experience Preferred
programming level expertise is not required
experience with business analysis,
Project Management experience a plus
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field or equivalent experience
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook and other generally used business tools.
