Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project and Operations Management
- Oversee and manage projects in Asana, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Optimize operational workflows and improve efficiencies within the agency.
- Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively address issues.
- Standardize and refine processes to support scale and efficiency.
Client Onboarding and Project Execution
- Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless setup and integration.
- Maintain structured documentation for projects, templates, and client processes.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure successful execution of digital advertising campaigns.
Team Leadership and Development
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance, coaching, and support.
- Help cultivate a positive and productive team culture.
- Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback for growth.
- Support hiring and training initiatives for new team members as needed.
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or agency management (preferably in a digital marketing setting).
- Strong experience with Asana (or similar project management tools).
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive efficiency.
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to engage and support a remote team.
- Passion for faith-driven marketing and working with Christian brands (a plus).
