You will assist in the collection, organization, and interpretation of product-related data, helping to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals.

- Gather and analyze product-related data from various sources (Snowflake w/ SQL, PowerBI Warehouse, CSV files)
- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track product performance and user behavior
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support product strategy and decision-making.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for products.
- Maintain accurate documentation of analysis processes, findings, and recommendations.
- Assist in developing and refining internal processes and tools for more efficient product analysis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
- Basic understanding of product management and development processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Some understanding of subscription-based business models, and telecom industry
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in an analytical role.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook and other generally used business tools.
