Position Summary : As a Product Analyst, you will help to provide the data and insights that will inform our wireless home internet product decisions. You will assist in the collection, organization, and interpretation of product-related data, helping to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals.

- Gather and analyze product-related data from various sources (Snowflake w / SQL, PowerBI Warehouse, CSV files)
- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track product performance and user behavior
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support product strategy and decision-making.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for products.
- Maintain accurate documentation of analysis processes, findings, and recommendations.
- Assist in developing and refining internal processes and tools for more efficient product analysis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
