Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring every customer feels valued from the moment they call or visit
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, offering solutions with a friendly and reassuring demeanor
- Follow up with customers post-service to check their satisfaction and reinforce our commitment to excellence
- Keep customers informed on the status of their roofing projects, ensuring transparency and trust
- Act as a liaison between field teams and clients, making sure every project runs smoothly
- Assist in scheduling estimates and repairs while proactively managing any customer concerns
- Maintain impeccable records, so customers always receive timely and accurate information
- Process paperwork swiftly to avoid delays, keeping operations running seamlessly
- Organize office workflows to support a smooth experience for both customers and team members
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions before issues arise
- Handle billing inquiries with clarity and patience, ensuring customers feel informed and supported
- Go the extra mile—whether it’s sending a thank-you note or assisting with special requests
- Manage daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, email correspondence, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies, handle shipments, and ensure a clean, professional workspace
- Assist with various administrative duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Prior construction and service trades experience preferred, not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs or more.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Sit for long periods of time.
- Extended work with computers.
- Use of fingers, hands, and arms.
- Repeat the same movements.
- Ability to listen, see and speak within normal ranges.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
