We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure its smooth functioning. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, supervise office staff (including logistics), maintain office supplies, and coordinate facility maintenance. Additionally, the Office Manager will handle financial administration and assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative:
- Supervise office and logistics staff, provide training, and improve office efficiency.
- Oversee document management, answer phone calls, greet visitors, and manage correspondence.
- Facility Management:
- Keep inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate equipment/facility maintenance.
- Human Resources:
- Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, and manage attendance/leave.
- Financial Administration:
- Process invoices, monitor office expenses, manage accounts, and prepare reports.
- Sales Support:
- Update the sales team weekly and assist with shipping documentation.
- Meeting & Event Coordination:
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent); additional qualifications in office management or a related field are a plus.
- Proven experience in office management or relevant administrative roles.
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to direct the flow of the office efficiently and with a great attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
