CNC Lathe Operator Afternoon Shift Opportunities in Fraser, Michigan.
A local manufacturing company with a facility in Fraser, Michigan is currently looking to hire several CNC Lathe Operators for Long-Term opportunities with their growing company. These are excellent opportunities for CNC Lathe Operators looking to work for a company that offers great work-home life balance, stable employment, and a great working environment.
The CNC Lathe Operators hourly rates are anticipated to be $18-$20 / hr. based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, 401k, and more.
Qualified CNC Lathe Operators will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience :
- 2 years of CNC Lathe Operations experience.
- Must be able to perform quality checks and tool changes.
- Able to read blueprints, understand GD&T, and basic shop math.
- Perform part inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Able to pass standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
