Business Development Manager – Earn Uncapped Commissions in a Thriving Market


Ready to turn your hustle into high earnings? We’re looking for a fearless closer to drive new business growth in the staffing industry, selling High-Volume Temporary, Direct Hire, and RPO staffing solutions to companies across light-industrial, e-commerce, logistics, call centers, and food & beverage sectors. As the sole BDM for our Indianapolis branch, you’ll have full control of the market—no internal competition, just pure opportunity.

You’ll prospect, pitch, and close new clients while working alongside a dedicated recruiting team that fills your orders—so you can stay focused on what you do best: winning business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunting for new business in the light-industrial, e-commerce, logistics, call center, and food & beverage industries within a 20-mile radius of our Indianapolis branch.
  • Owning the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, using a consultative approach to create long-term client partnerships.
  • Leveraging tech and data to gain deep insights into client pain points and tailor strategic solutions.
  • Driving brand awareness in the local market—yes, swag and donuts are totally part of your toolkit.
  • Hitting and exceeding KPIs—you treat them like your high-score leaderboard and aren’t afraid to chase the win.
  • Building your network through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Documenting sales activities to keep the pipeline flowing and maximize opportunities.


What We’re Looking For

  • A true go-getter who never settles and knows how to make things happen.
  • B2B sales experience—you’re comfortable pitching service-based solutions.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, metric-driven environment—you don’t fear KPIs, you embrace them.
  • Strong relationship-building skills—from C-suite decision-makers to HR leaders.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined—you take ownership of your success.
  • Ability to be in the field 50-75% of the time—this is not a sit-at-your-desk job.
  • A driver’s license & ability to pass a background check and drug test.


Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary uncapped commissions because we believe in rewarding success.
