We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll & Compliance Specialist to join our internal team.. In this role, you’ll ensure that our and billing data is accurate and matches all of our internal systems and the Vendor Management System (VMS)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS) are fully synchronized to facilitate smooth data flow and operational efficiency. Regularly monitor the integration points between these systems to preemptively identify and address any potential issues.
- Accurately input and manage associate information, job orders, payroll rates, and billing information in both internal systems and VMS platforms.
- Compare VMS-reported bill rates with Bullhorn for the same positions and shifts. Validate the pay rates to ensure billing is correct based on payroll data.
- Ensure VMS fees (if applicable) are calculated correctly whether they’re deducted from the bill rate or added separately. Identify & report discrepancies.
- Address discrepancies within the allowable dispute window to ensure timely correction and payment.
- Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS) are fully synchronized to facilitate smooth data flow and operational efficiency. Regularly monitor the integration points between these systems to preemptively identify and address any potential issues.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the synchronization processes between the ATS and VMS. Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and adopt best practices to enhance the overall efficiency and reliability of data integration.
- Provide training and support to internal team members as required.
- Develop documentation and guidelines to assist users in troubleshooting common issues and maximize the benefits of synchronized systems.
- Other duties as needed in the Finance/Payroll /HR team
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) (e.g., Bullhorn, Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation).
- Familiarity with payroll and billing software.
- Ability to use reporting tools for data validation.
- Must have high attention to detail and accuracy in data input, validation, and management related to associates, job orders, payroll, and billing information.
- Pay rate up to $24 per hour
