Payroll Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish Required) Location: San Bernadino, CA Onsite (No Remote) Pay Rate: $24/hr

Full-Time On-site

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in San Bernadino, CA. If you have a strong background in payroll, are bilingual in Spanish, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, warehouse environment—we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with field staff, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Process and verify payroll for your assigned client site(s)
• Communicate professionally with field staff, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by analyzing and comparing data from various systems
• Communicate professionally with field staff, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll operations
• Enter and update direct deposit and employee information as needed
• Perform payroll quality control checks on a daily and weekly basis
• Follow and help improve payroll policies and procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Understanding of California labor laws highly preferred
• Ensure documentation and time entry is in line with California compliance requirements
• Process all immediate pays for California
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• 2 years of payroll experience required
• Staffing industry experience is a plus
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros required
• Excellent 10-key data entry skills
• Ability to multitask using multiple systems in a Windows environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
