What Youll Be Doing
Owning the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, using a consultative approach to create long-term client partnerships.
Leveraging tech and data to gain deep insights into client pain points and tailor strategic solutions.
Driving brand awareness in the local marketyes, swag and donuts are totally part of your toolkit.
Hitting and exceeding KPIs you treat them like your high-score leaderboard and arent afraid to chase the win.
Building your network through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and creative outreach strategies.
Documenting sales activities to keep the pipeline flowing and maximize opportunities.
What Were Looking For
B2B sales experience youre comfortable pitching service-based solutions.
Comfort with a fast-paced, metric-driven environment you dont fear KPIs, you embrace them.
Strong relationship-building skills from C-suite decision-makers to HR leaders.
Self-motivated and self-disciplined you take ownership of your success.
Ability to be in the field 50-75% of the time this is not a sit-at-your-desk job.
A drivers license & ability to pass a background check and drug test.
