About the Position:
Our Client is a leader in Supply Chain Logistics Distribution, newly located in Phillipsburg. This entry-level role as Warehouse Associate includes performing various job roles in a rotation, reacting to lights and sounds for deviations, and communicating with shift leads.
Key Responsibilities include receiving and storing inventory, packing and shipping orders according to customer specifications, loading boxes into trucks, maintaining accurate records, scanning and labeling items, organizing and storing inventory safely, troubleshooting problems, operating and maintaining equipment, and following safety procedures.
Requirements include at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment, ability to read, write, and speak English, lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts, using carts and dollies, going up and down stairs (where applicable), working at heights, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and following instructions and working safely.
