Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Update and track employee information such as contact details, benefit enrollment and attendance records.
- Develop and maintain documentation of HR processes in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations that may impact HR processes.
- Input and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and managing ISO documents in accordance with ISO requirements to maintain our ISO certified status.
- Perform photocopying and scanning of documents as required.
