Job Opportunity : Human Resources Manager
A client of ours located in Tigard is looking for a Human Resources Manager.
About the Company : They are a leading provider of EMI / RFI shielding solutions for aerospace, defense, and medical industries. With a focus on quality and expertise, they deliver superior thin film metallization processes to meet diverse customer needs.
Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
- Perform bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee pay.
- Administer benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and addressing employee concerns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee leave, including FMLA, short-term disability, and other leave requests.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks as needed
- Yearly OSHA compliance
Requirements :
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3 : 30PM
Pay : $70K depending on experience
