Job Opportunity : Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
A client of ours located in Tualatin is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
About the Company : Featuring 10,000 tons of inventory and over 150 material grades, the company offers extensive options. With over 300 machines and 25 coatings / plating's, they ensure quality. Their future stock programs serve global distributors, accommodating any quantity.
Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and sales support to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and respond to daily internal and external communications, including mail and emails.
- Handle general clerical tasks such as faxing, copying, and filing.
- Input and maintain accurate data, including sales quotations and purchase orders.
- Address and resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to streamline communication.
- Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally.
- Welcome and assist vendors, customers, and visitors with a positive attitude.
- Provide reliable administrative support to the sales team for daily operations.
Requirements :
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Pay : $20 / hr.
