Experience Requirement
- Data entry experience
- Customer service experience
- Bookkeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong English skills, but verbal and in writing.
Duties of Position
- Process, sort, and scan mail
- Enter checks into company system
- Print checks from company system
- Manage and order office supplies as needed
- Answer basic customer service questions
- Handle all outbound mail
- Log company property
