Experience Requirement

  • Data entry experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Bookkeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong English skills, but verbal and in writing.

Duties of Position

  • Process, sort, and scan mail
  • Enter checks into company system
  • Print checks from company system
  • Manage and order office supplies as needed
  • Answer basic customer service questions
  • Handle all outbound mail
  • Log company property

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • No nights
  • No weekends
