Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional front-desk support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, directing inquiries, and ensure the office is organized and functional.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Compile, create, and prepare transmittals of shop drawings.
- Maintain files, databases, and other records, as assigned.
- Prepare internal correspondence including, announcements, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience
- Three to five years of related work experience.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with file organization and recordkeeping procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
