Customer Service Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a CSR. As a CSR, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers as well as the following duties.
Duties:
- Process title orders received by realtors, lenders and other clients.
- E-record deeds, mortgages and other documents with county offices.
- Create new files for the processing of title work.
- File RREAL per State requirements.
- Breakdown files after closings.
- Any other duties assigned to the position.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dealing with the public in a professional office setting.
- Good at working with numbers and a strong mathematical aptitude.
- Typing skills are a must for this position
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft office software.
