This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Pressure Pour Operator for our Foundry client to start immediately at $21.97. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities :
This role involves overseeing two 9-ton pressure pour furnaces, ensuring the temperature is properly regulated and the refractory in the pouring trough is in good condition. Additionally, the operator is responsible for setting up each production job to run in automatic mode using PourTech laser pour systems.
- Obtains necessary samples of the final iron.
- Ability to will work around molten metal and must wear all required safety equipment.
- Ability to use computer controls and equipment that inoculates the molten metal as it enters the mold.
Some overtime may be required.
