Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Management : Direct and manage a team of formal verification engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Process & Tools Deployment : Implement and oversee advanced formal verification processes, procedures, and tools, leveraging the latest models and algorithms.
- Expertise & Guidance : Provide subject matter expertise in formal verification principles, methods, and industry best practices.
- Verification & Testing : Work closely with design and microarchitecture teams to identify and resolve design bugs, enhancing overall microarchitecture.
- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration : Manage stakeholders, work with respective IP / SoC teams, keep them updated on the progress, and drive problem scoping and solutions.
- Team Enablement : Drive results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $214,730.00-$303,140.00
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
