Intela Staffing is looking to fill an Assembler role in the city of Montclair, CA for a manufacturer of ductwork and fittings for HVAC.
Schedule : Monday through Friday 6 : 00am – 2 : 30pm.
Responsibilities :
- Assemble, bend, manufacture, and utilize sheet metal to create ductwork.
- Bend, cut, and shape metal as needed to create custom ductwork.
- Operate heavy machinery and use hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Foreman to complete daily tasks and projects.
- Ensure all assembled parts meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, wearing necessary protective gear such as safety glasses, earplugs, and gloves.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hand tools and heavy machinery.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from the Foreman.
- Safety-conscious with the ability to follow strict safety procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
Qualifications
Required Attire :
Pants and steel-toed boots (preferably long-sleeve shirts for safety).
