We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will work closely with our HR Generalists to support various HR projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist managers in employee relations and provide support in the daily management of teams.
Support managers in the management, engagement, and development of teams, ensuring a positive work environment and supporting performance management.
Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies.
Help manage internal employee movements (transfers, promotions, etc.).
Ensure the application and interpretation of labor laws, company programs, and policies.
Contribute to managing employee performance and attendance, including collecting and organizing data.
Participate in promoting workplace accident prevention and contribute to implementing workplace safety programs.
Help manage and monitor workplace accident records and prepare necessary documents for internal and external audits.
Support teams in applying human resources management principles and contribute to implementing organizational strategies.
Provide assistance in managing working conditions, ensuring compliance.
Participate in promoting employee experience by helping implement initiatives and programs.
Assist in generating statistical reports related to HR performance indicators and contribute to their analysis.
Qualifications
Student in the 3rd or 4th year, currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate program in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations.
At least one prior internship or relevant experience in the field of Human Resources.
Bilingual (French and English) – written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on-site at our Anjou station.
Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and flexibility.
Proficiency in common office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Knowledge of human resources management systems is a plus, but not required.
