Job Responsibilities :
- Expenses Reporting Submission / Auditing (25%) : trained ready to assist with this once monthly tasks for US Proctor Program and Physician Training ad-hoc needs.
- Document Processing & AI Integration (20%) : Uploads physician training / proctored sign-off documents into SharePoint, organizes files for AI-driven optical character recognition (OCR), and ensures the system processes data accurately.
- Data Verification & Quality Control (20%) : Reviews AI-extracted information, verifies accuracy, and corrects discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Training Records Auditing (20%) : Conducts audits of historical training records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established documentation standards.
- HCP Intelligence-BioCards Maintenance (10%) : Supports maintaining HCP Bio Cards using LINK Key People MedTech subscription tool.
- Other various projects (5%) : may include project management responsibilities and contributing to strategic initiatives within the Medical Affairs department.
