Office Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM (EST)
Onsite Position : Monday to Friday (No remote work)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive - Staffing Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our business within the Life Sciences sector, including Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, and Manufacturing industries. You will work closely with the sales manager and existing vendors, ensuring consistent outreach through cold calling, email communication, and scheduling meetings to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with existing vendors and clients through consistent calls and emails to schedule meetings with the sales manager and explore new business opportunities in staffing.
- Work with the sales team’s lead list, making cold calls and sending emails to potential clients to generate new business and schedule meetings.
- Conduct cold calling to potential new clients and vendors, aiming to schedule appointments for the sales manager to secure new business.
- Assist in creating and presenting sales presentations alongside the sales manager, and travel with them to meet clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to ensure all roles are covered for both new and existing clients and vendors.
- Track and analyze business statistics with the sales manager and team to support new business development.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to sales activities, client interactions, and business outcomes.
