Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Intern - Staffing Sales to support our sales efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in business development within the Life Sciences sector , covering industries such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial, and Manufacturing . The intern will collaborate closely with the sales manager and vendors, playing a key role in outreach efforts, cold calling, email communication, and appointment scheduling to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in engaging with existing vendors and clients through calls and emails to schedule meetings with the sales manager and identify new business opportunities.
- Work on lead lists , conducting cold calls and email outreach to potential clients for business expansion.
- Support cold-calling initiatives to schedule appointments with potential vendors and clients.
- Help prepare and participate in sales presentations and accompany the sales manager to client meetings when needed.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to ensure all client and vendor requirements are effectively addressed.
- Track and analyze business data to support sales growth and lead generation.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes .
