Job description
- As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of technical and non-technical business stakeholders on a wide range of challenges. You must be able to work across the entire data analysis lifecycle, including problem framing, data collection, exploratory data analysis, model development, deployment, and performance measurement. Paramount to this role is the understanding that a Data Analyst's goal is to create real business value from data. Proficiency in designing and executing data validation tests, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring data quality across various sources and pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) to query, analyze, and manipulate data for testing purposes, and Power BI for data visualization.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and document data requirements, including validation criteria and acceptance thresholds for new data features or pipelines.
- Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, and data warehousing concepts to validate data integrity and transformation logic.
- trong analytical skills to identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure data alignment with business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with data engineers, product owners, and business analysts for effective requirement validation and feedback.
