Role : Maintenance Technician – AutoPak Operations
Location : Hunt Valley, MD
Duration : 12 months
Work schedule is 3rd shift 10 pm -6 : 30 am
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for AutoPak operations, responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex automated equipment. The role involves setup, preventative maintenance (PM), repairs, and ensuring production quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain AutoPak equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Execute routine inspections, adjustments, and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Manage production, quality, and waste levels for machine operations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for equipment and product issues.
- Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
- Collaborate with external contractors and internal teams for equipment needs.
