Job Title: CI (HW Planner)

Job Description:
We are seeking a CI (HW Planner) to support hardware planning, validation, and integration for data centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NFVI Standards 3.0 & 4.0, hardware placements, and networking concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate Bill of Materials (BoM) against the blueprint HW solution (AF, HPE, DELL).
- Create EPF/HW Low-Level Design (LLD) for new racks and HW expansions in Data Centers.
- Present HW LLD to stakeholders, gather feedback, and implement necessary modifications.
- Assist in virtual site surveys and support physical installation teams on HW designs.
- Provide status updates on LLD progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and communicate risks and issues to customers and Nokia Architects.
- Respond to customer queries regarding hardware planning and integration.
- Deliver EPF/HW LLD documentation for all assigned sites.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in NFVI Standards 3.0 & 4.0.
- Strong understanding of Data Centers, including HW placements, rack setups, and cabling.
- Hands-on experience with hardware platforms: AirFrame, HPE, and Dell.
- Deployment experience with RedHat OS, firmware (FW), BIOS, and RAID configurations.
- Experience with EMS tools like NADCM, HP OneView, and Dell OpenManage.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts and Fabric switching (HPE & Dell switches).
- Hands-on experience with OOB, Leaf, Spine, and BLeaf switch configurations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to execute or develop HW Acceptance Test Plans per customer standards.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for Method of Procedure (MoP) creation.
- Experience in providing clear status reports to Nokia TPM & PM teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with T-Mobile in EPF creation, HW issue resolution, and DC/AC power management in MSO environments.
