Role: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Plymouth, ST. Paul -MN, Plano-TX
Duration: 12 Months on W2
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM
- 100% Onsite role.
Skills Looking For:
- Working on the process for New product development.
- Responsible for taking lead on the process development activities.
- Primary role is Process Validation, knowing about the paperwork that goes along in this process.
- Hands on experience with the process validation; IQ/EQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ.
- Drafting protocols and putting the reports together from statistical understanding.
- Minitab experience is required.
- Medical device industry experience is strongly preferred.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Work with R&D, Quality engineers and set up the process, and draft the manufacturing documents.
- Work with operators to make sure they understand the process and follow it.
Education and Level of Experience:
- Bachelors (Any Engineering degree) required with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience.
Top Skills in Resume:
- Process Validation experience
- Lead the project in terms of validation of new and existing products.
- Some kind of Project Management experience.
Interview Process:
- Phone screening followed by in-person panel interviews for local candidates and video for others.
