Position: Process Engineer – Lyophilization & Fill/Finish Coordinator
Location: Parsippany, New Jersey
Duration: 12 months
Overview:
Seeking two experienced Process Engineers to support a fill/finish pharmaceutical site. This consulting role will fill the gap left by two full-time staff departures and help improve current operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in lyophilization and Bausch Strobel fill/finish equipment
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing processes
- Resolve issues with CIP process valves and lyophilization systems
- Monitor and enhance process reliability
- Mentor and support the internal team in applying best practices
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential deviations
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with lyophilization cycles
- Strong troubleshooting skills with filler systems and lyophilization valves
- Ability to analyze data to support real-time decision-making
- Must be available for full-time on-site work, with flexibility for 1st or 2nd shift
