Role: QA Compliance Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 12 Months
Lead and manage multiple medium to large-scale projects within the Quality Intelligence Program Management Office (QIPMO), ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication with cross-functional teams. Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, and risk management, ensuring alignment with quality and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute projects related to regulatory compliance and quality systems.
Define project scope, develop plans, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Address resource constraints and mitigate risks through data-driven solutions.
Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement efforts and integration of key QA initiatives.
Develop KPIs to track project success and drive efficiency.
Coordinate operations and business cycle updates for Quality Intelligence.
Experience & Skills
5-8 years in a regulated manufacturing environment (preferably nutrition or medical products).
3 years managing complex projects or programs.
Expertise in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
PMP certification and/or Master’s degree preferred.
Education:
Bachelor degree in a Science related field. Preferred bachelor’s in food science/Nutrition. Open to a new graduate with Food Science/Nutrition.
