Role: R&D Engineer

Location: Minnetonka, MN - 55345

Duration: 06 Months

• 100% Onsite Role

Skills Looking for:

• The role is within the Process Development team under the R&D department
• The engineer will be responsible for developing and refining processes for manufacturing new products
• The position involves a mix of R&D activities and process engineering tasks
• Work will include testing, validating, and optimizing production methods
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle
• Experience in manufacturing processes and validation - – TMV/IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for process optimization
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, etc.)
• Knowledge of materials, equipment, and testing procedures related to new product development
• Developing and documenting equipment specifications.
• Performing test and inspection method validation
• Med device exp is highly desired.
• Minitab experience is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, or related fields)
• 5 to 6 years of experience in process development, manufacturing, or R&D.
• Medical device industry is strongly preferred.
