About the Job:
This position will involve a range of tasks including:
- Assisting with field activities such as transplanting, harvesting, hoeing, sample grinding and near-infrared (NIRS) analysis
- Driving small lawn tractors and other small vehicles to help with tasks around the station
- Assisting with care and maintenance of alfalfa plants in the greenhouse, as well as hand pollinations of alfalfa flowers, cuttings, seeding and sorting of alfalfa
