Senior Utility & HVAC Engineer

Job Summary:

Seeking a Utilities Engineer with experience in engineering, procurement, and construction management in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries. The role involves coordinating design readiness, engineering deliverables, stakeholder communication, field verification, and construction execution support. Experience in pharmaceutical HVAC design, GMP, and contamination control is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop industrial HVAC systems, including cleanroom environments.

• Perform heat load calculations, airflow design, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Develop piping layouts, P&IDs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and resolve field issues.

• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, OSHA, USFDA, and GMP regulations.

• Collaborate with vendors for HVAC equipment selection, validation, and compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, ERP systems, and engineering documentation.

• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, HVAC validation, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience in cleanroom HVAC design, airflow distribution, and filtration systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
