What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Utility Engineer position at Tek Support?
We are seeking a skilled Utility Engineer with experience in engineering, procurement, and construction management within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors. This role supports project execution, design coordination, and field activities related to utility and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely closure of engineering deliverables.
- Support construction execution planning and field verifications.
- Design and review HVAC systems for cleanrooms and critical process areas.
- Develop piping layouts, P&IDs, and mechanical system designs.
- Provide on-site support during installation, commissioning, and startup.
- Ensure designs meet GMP, ASHRAE, ISO, NFPA, and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct energy efficiency analysis, CFD simulations, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical reviews, FAT/SAT, and compliance checks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and engineering documentation tools.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, cleanroom design, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
