Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Principal / Lead ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will oversee a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance ServiceNow applications. You will be responsible for customizing and integrating ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM), driving technical best practices, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment, for ServiceNow projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features of ServiceNow and recommend improvements.
