What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Now Developer position at SysMind Tech?
Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7 years of technology implementation
Experience in Self Service Portal development
Expertise in Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment workflow development
Expertise in UI Policy development
Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
Configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting
Agile experience- Story / Defect methodology
Experience contributing to Knowledge Base
In-depth knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills along with Service Portal configuration and Reporting and Analytics
Strong ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting, data validation, and debugging
Strong ServiceNow Scheduled Scripted Jobs, JDBC Data Sources
Strong ServiceNow Inbound Web Services
Strong ServiceNow MID Server architecture, configuration, and customization
Experience with Performance Analytics in creating Reports and Dashboards
